** Special Promotion for First-Time RG Attendees: FRIDAY for FREE
We offer FREE Friday mini registration to Mensa members who have never been to an RG! (And DAM members who have just never been to the Dayton RG, too!) Just put your member number and “FREE FRIDAY” in your registration information. Then, if you decide to stay, you only pay the Saturday registration rate of $100! (Pre-registration required.)
*** If interested, please add a "Museum Tour" note with your registration or, if not sure yet, RSVP by email later. Currently, plan to meet inside the entrance to the National Museum of the US Air Force (NMUSAF) at 1pm. Additional details will be provided in a 'Know Before You Go' email in November.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations & Refunds
On or before November 15, 2026, there will be a cancellation fee of $5 per registration.
After November 15, 2026, the fee will be $30/adult, $25/teen, and $10/child to cover food costs.
Note: Due to complexities with year-to-year accounting (and historical losses), the Dayton RG will no longer "roll over" registrations to the subsequent year. (In 2023, all remaining, unused registrations were refunded following the RG.)
