If anyone is ever curious about my teaching or lessons, I figured that the best thing to do is to ask my students. They used the website Flipgrid to leave a brief video about their experience with me as a teacher. They each recorded their videos for any prospective administrator, student, teacher or parent to describe what I am like as a teacher.

I asked them to honestly answer/comment on the following:

What do you remember about Mr. Dayaram's lessons?
What do you think of Mr. Dayaram as a teacher?
What could he improve?
What would you like to say to any future students of Mr. Dayaram?
If you could describe Mr. Dayaram in 5 words, what would they be, and why?

These students had a much lower English language ability than all the other classes, however, they greatly improved throughout the year with me and made significant progress with their speaking, writing and communication skills.
