The town is located on a barren planet and its name is unkown. Cain is the mayor of the town and there are lots of guards around the town.
The First Doctor, Susan, Barbara and Ian all arrive on the barren planet and soon find that there is a huge tear in the skies above. Inside the tear is Omega, who has been stuck there ever since his experiments went wrong.
The Doctor flies into the tear to meet Omega. Susan, Ian and Barbara are left abandoned in the town.
Missy arrives on the planet and takes Susan off in a TARDIS they find elsewhere on the planet.
