Omega
Omega is a Time Lord who carried out experiments in order to explore the multiverse. In order to research on his experiments, he ventured into the Matrix and encountered several threats. His experiments went wrong and he ended up having to enter a wormhole to save reality from being in an endless loop.
He then ended up floating aimlessly in the void, next to a tear which regularly opened up above a town.
The tear opens up one day above the small town and Omega is seen by The First Doctor as being inside it. The Doctor then flies into the tear and Omega tricks him into taking him to Tri-Sor.
