The First Doctor is travelling in his TARDIS with his grandaughter Susan, and friends Ian and Barbara. They find themselves arriving on a strange planet with a small town.
A tear opens up in the sky and The Doctor realises that it is a tear between universes, and at the centre he can see Omega. He decides to fly his TARDIS into the tear and arrives in the void. There, Omega tricks The Doctor into taking him to Tri-Sor.
