2026-09-09: My article titled "Predicting the toxicity of chemical compounds via hyperdimensional computing", mainly written by Fabio Cumbo, was published in the Molecular Informatics journal.
2026-09-07: I co-organized and partecipated in the PharML 2026 workshop at Università di Napoli Federico II (Italy, EU), where I presented a scientific poster titled "An unsupervised clustering analysis of breast cancer data derived from electronic health records enhanced through UMAP dimensionality reduction" within the ECML PKDD 2026.
2026-09-02/04: I partecipated in the CIBB 2026 conference at Sapienza Università di Roma in Rome (Italy, EU), where I presented a scientific poster titled "An unsupervised clustering analysis of breast cancer data derived from electronic health records enhanced through UMAP dimensionality reduction" and where I organized the "Machine learning for structured data in clinical informatics and medical biology" special session and the "Chemoinformatics and computational chemistry for drug discovery and prediction of chemical properties and activities" special session.
2026-09-02: My chapter titled "Probabilistic neural networks: an overview", mainly written by Srinjoy Dora, was published in the book Artificial Neural Network (4th edition), Methods in Molecular Biology, volume 3058, Springer Protocols.
2026-08-08: The Julia packages DensityBasedClusteringValidation and HDBSCAN, to which I contributed, were published on Julia Hub.
2026-08-04: My article titled "Eleven quick tips to reduce overfitting in machine learning", mainly written by Luca Oneto, was published in the International Journal of Data Science and Analytics.
