2026-05-25/28: I participated in the MIE 2026 conference (36th International Conference of Medical Informatics Europe) in Genoa (Italy, EU), where I presented a work titled "DBSCAN applied to EHRs data from patients with glioblastoma clusters patients based on cytosolic Hsp70 protein, sex, and brain subventricular zone".
2026-05-18: My article titled “A novel vector-symbolic architecture for graph encoding and its application to viral pangenome-based species classification", mainly written by Fabio Cumbo, was published in the BioData Mining journal.
2026-05-08: I participate in the ELLIS Milan + RIKEN AIP Joint ELIAS Workshop at Università Statale di Milano, where I give a talk titled "The advantages of our proposed Saturn coefficient over continuity and trustworthiness for UMAP dimensionality reduction evaluation".
2026-05-07: I served as a reviewer for the aiHealth2026 conference.
2026-05-06: The discoCVI R software package, that I contributed to design and that was developed by Amin Entezari, was published on CRAN.
2026-04-24: I contributed to the organization of and attended the 2026 Milan Meeting on Next Generation Sequencing and Biomedical Informatics (MMNGS 2026) at Università di Milano-Bicocca, where I gave a talk titled "The advantages of our proposed Saturn coefficient over continuity and trustworthiness for UMAP dimensionality reduction evaluation".
