In most cases, teenage athletes should embrace strength training throughout the year. In fact, this is a norm for many competitive athletes country wide. Strength training is an essential component to maintaining health, physical development and attaining athletic goals. I am passionate about helping our young, local athletes do just that. I want them to develop fitness skills so they can reap the benefits in their daily lives and throughout their athletic career.
I hope that my athletic accomplishments at the collegiate and professional level, a Master's in Education and my certification as a personal trainer provides stakeholders with the confidence needed to join my team. I truly believe I can help you & your athlete achieve the goals you've set. I'd be honored to be a part of your process.
Lastly, you should know that growth, learning and tangible results are byproducts of my training programs. The athletes and I will accomplish this together, in hour-long sessions, focused primarily on strength development. There will be concrete data showcasing growth over time and plenty of smiles to back it up!
I offer four, twelve week programs throughout the year. I encourage athletes to start with a Summer training program and progress into the school year. If your schedule doesn't allow that an athlete can start in the Fall, Winter or Spring as well. Once you begin, stick with it. Consistency will be the key to unlocking your full strength potential.
