My online small-group programs have enrolment limits. This ensures a more personal approach so everyone can experience the benefits of a small and supportive community of people with similar goals.

Move Well, Age Strong
The "Move Well, Age Strong" program runs in 4 or 5-week revolving cycles (depending on the focus) and is offered through Spirit Loft Movement Centre.
Each cycle of the program has a different focus with each session building on the previous one.
You can attend sessions live via ZOOM or simply watch the recording at your convenience for the duration of the cycle. You also get a weekly recap with a few suggestions for independent practice between sessions.
Format:
weekly sessions for 4 or 5 weeks (depending on the focus)
all 60 minute small group sessions offered online via Zoom
additional Q & A after each session (optional)
access to recordings for the duration of the cycle

[Re]Start, [Re]Fresh
This 6 week series is for you whether you are coming to movement training as beginner or looking to refresh your existing practice. Learn and refine an approach to learning and movement that will both get you moving and keep you moving. Create a sustainable habit of practice that can grow and evolve as you do and that is built on curiosity, playfulness and care and compassion for yourself.
Format:
75 minute weekly movement sessions for 6 weeks via Zoom + 15 minutes of discussion afterwards to give you a chance to ask questions and share your experience. Recording access for 12 weeks.
