Cooking Appliances:

• Instant Pot Pressure Cooker - I use this for cooking rice, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, acorn squash, frozen chicken breasts, etc. You can use it to make hundreds of things.

• Nu-Wave Infrared Oven - I use this for cooking entire chickens, grilling hamburgers, salmon, pork chops, etc.

• Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker - I use this for slow-cooking ribs & chuck roasts (combined with carrots, potatoes, onions, sauerkraut, etc.) and anything that is thick & meaty.  Naturally, you could use this for hundreds of things.

Cookware:

• Hamilton Beach Food Processor & Vegetable Chopper - I use this to chop  vegetables for my salads.

• Cuisinart Coffee Grinder, Stainless Steel - I use this to grind my flax seeds and sometimes even make flour from almonds.

Cups & Bowls:

• Glass Coffee/Soup Mugs, Double Wall Insulated - to give you a perception of their capacity, back when I still consumed Campbell's Soup, these could contain a can and a half of liquid.

• Glass Drinking Straws - perfect for drinking lemon water, but probably not suitable for use by children

• Glass Cereal Bowls - I use these for my morning Chia Nut Berry Bowl

Mixing & Storage Containers:

• Pyrex Mixing/Storage Bowl, Dishwasher, Microwave and Freezer Safe, 2-Quart  - I use these as my nightly salad bowl!

• Pyrex Mixing/Storage Bowl, Dishwasher, Microwave and Freezer Safe, 4-Quart  - I use these in my food prep to store large batches of Chia Nut Berry Bowl and my enormous salads.

• ENORMOUS 30-Quart, Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl - natually I use this to pre-make my enourmous salads. But beware! This thing is a beast! You'll need to have a cabinet or cupboard large enough to contain it!

Water Bottles:

• Glass Water Bottle 64 oz - Perfect for storing lemon water or teas in the fridge.

• Takeya Actives 24 oz Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Spout Lid, Premium Quality, Arctic - for carrying.  This was the perfect size to replace the plastic water bottle that came standard with my Running Gear belt.

• Enormous Stainless Steel Water Bottle - need something to refill your 24oz running water bottle? This thing is perfect!
