Data Mining @UPM2021

This semester we had another round of fully online learning again. I have less number of students compared to the previous, but this is the normal class size. All students come from Computer Science background and 3 students are from Software Engineering program. 

I am blessed for having the PutraMOOC course ready from the previous sem, so I could focus on their activities and projects. The mentoring are still maintained, and as usual, I am amazed by the students' capabilities and talents despite the expectation are elevated. I wish to thank them again and express my congratulations for their achievements. 

This sem the students solved 2 data analytics mysteries: (i) learning analytics as their assignment where the honed their skills in exploratory data analysis using PowerBI as the dashboard (many used Excel for preprocessing and some used Python), and (ii) project in either ageing dataset or online learning.
