We only take on new (or returning) members via the application process. 

If you are a previous member that was removed for inactivity, or left under your own steam and now wish to return, please fill in an application form.  Please mention you're a returning member, the reason for leaving originally and your previous "main" character name in-guild.  If you can't remember which was your "main", try to provide at least one high level previous character name that was in the guild.

If you have never been a member before and wish to join, please fill in an application.  Please ensure you're honest and give plenty of information.  The information given on your application will be checked.  There is a reason for every question asked.

Once you have applied, please ensure that you are available to be contacted and you monitor those avenues of contact.  Sometimes you may simply receive a decision, other times we might request more information/clarification.

If circumstances changes and you no longer wish to join, please let us know so we can close down your application.

If you are a current guild member and are approached with a request to join from a potential new member, please ask them to read the Guild Rules and any other relevant pages, then apply via our application form.  If an irl friend/family member wishes to join, please ask them to mention it on their application, as this will often "short-cut" part of the process.

Should you be approached for an invitation from a potential new member, please double check that their application has been accepted prior to sending them an invite.  Should their application still be pending, or refused, please refer them to an officer or the Guild Leader. 

We do have an age restriction in place, therefore please explain that we are an adult guild and expect new members to act accordingly.
