Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury - never has a book affected me so much. This book is my #1 favorite book and I almost cried reading it.
Piranesi by Susanna Clarke - breathtakingly beautiful, emotional, creative, astounding.
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (series) by Douglas Adams - indescribably, amazingly, effortlessly, incredibly weird in the best possible way.
The Witches of Eileanan (series) by Kate Forsyth - so good I've read the entire series 6+ times. Insanely, astoundingly, incredibly amazing worldbuilding and character development. Would be my favorite series if not for Douglas Adams.
The Lunar Chronicles (series) by Marissa Meyer - so good that I read the entire series back when I was like 10 years old, in one day.
The Stargods Trilogy (series) by Irene Radford - Very creative, incredible worldbuilding.
