The RISE Lab is led by Dr. Danielle Gardner within Colorado State University's Industrial & Organizational Psychology program. Broadly, our research centers around understanding the mechanisms and outcomes of identity processes and marginalization in organizations, with goals to advance collective knowledge of how to best support employees and create more equitable workplaces for all. Our current projects cover topics including stigmatized identity management, authenticity for workers of various identities, psychological safety, and speaking up at work.
For a more comprehensive view of Dr. Gardner's academic and research-relevant history, please view her CV here.
Listed below are upcoming research talks and posters to be presented at the 2024 SIOP Conference by current & former RISE Lab Members (indicated in bold). If interested in learning more, please feel free to reach out!
