Dr. Danni Gardner (she/her) is an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Colorado State University. An award-winning researcher with expertise on employee identity-based processes, Dr. Gardner has published in outlets including Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and routinely presents at SIOP and AOM conferences. She is the Principal Investigator of the RISE (Researching Identity and Stigma in Employment) Lab, where she works alongside graduate and undergraduate researchers to advance understanding of how to improve the working experiences for employees facing historical and systemic stigma and marginalization.
