The first artifact I included was Module Two Activity. I have chosen this artifact because it shows my academic skills and knowledge of empirical versus non-empirical research and scholarly or non-scholarly. This is a valuable skill I have learned that I can continue to apply in my future classes and career. Also, in personal life this skill is beneficial when reading media’s claims on research. I will be able to go to the original source and it is reliable. This applies to the pragmatic theme of career connections. This skill contributes to data literacy which is a fundamental skill in a successful career.
