Programs

On my GitHub page you can find some Sage programs that compute the Delta dissimilarity measure and uberhomology for graphs (see this paper for details!).

The programs listed below are interactive (just modify the input and press "Evaluate"), but for longer computations you might want to download the code and run it locally.

Soon other programs will be added! All the programs are released under a GNU General Public Licence. Practically this means that you can use or modify them as you please, according to the copyleft model.

Compute the correction terms of lens spaces

Compute the grid homology of (small!) knots in L(p,q)

Compute the Alexander polynomial for 2-bridge knots, and determine if they're smoothly slice

Find out the number of non-homeomorphic lens spaces

For a given sum of lens spaces find out the unique minimal representative up to rational homology cobordism

Convert a grid diagram into a braid
