Costume/Competition/Make-up Fees- Refund Policy: Once this fee is assessed to your account, and you have paid them, we do not offer refunds for any reason. This is to keep it fair to all. If we, as a company, need to omit your child from a performance or competition due to low attendance on your end, we cannot unfortunately, reimburse fees to you.
Class Tuition Fees - Cancellation Policy: Once you enroll in a performance class, you are agreeing to pay tuition through THE END of the class offering, as our students take up slots that otherwise other students could enroll, and our instructor budget is based on every student completing that cost for the period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once you enroll in a skills class, you are agreeing to pay tuition upon cancellation, which you are required to provide a 30-day notice to withdraw, and then the invoicing will stop.
Late Pay Fees/Suspension from Class: If you are past due, your account will be assessed a $15 late fee. If you are more than 30 days past due, your child will be suspended from class until fees are paid.
Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy for Class Tuition:
**In the event of a snowstorm or bad weather where we need to cancel classes, there is NO tuition reimbursement offered, unless there are more than 2 classes canceled, in which case we will either offer a make-up or a reimbursement, at our discretion. NO exceptions.
**In the event of instructor illness where we do not have a substitute teacher lined up and we need to cancel classes, we WILL provide a pro-rated credit for your class that month on your account.
**In the event of you deciding not to attend class or not to continue with the session, you will be obligated to pay the monthly fees through the end of that season (example regular season runs September through April)...and will be billed and followed up with either in collections or small claims court accordingly.
