Sokhom Sek is a project management professional and business development executive with a mission to provide government, state, and local entities the opportunity to fulfill their diversity supplier goals through our professional engineering and consulting services. Ms. Sek coordinates the design efforts of a multi-discipline group, provide on-boarding and off-boarding of staff augmentation and DEC employees, and contract management and compliance.

William Dana has over 35 years of experience in corporate management, nuclear and mechanical systems design, construction, and startup and operations. Mr. Dana’s technical experience includes Design Engineering, Independent Qualified Registered Professional Engineering (IQRPE) inspection programs; Project Engineering, Nuclear Design, Operational Readiness Review (ORR) and Surety Readiness (SRR) program development and implementation.
