The Pros and Cons of Online Learning
This podcast was created in my eLearning environments course with two fellow Instructional Design and Technology students. In this podcast, we discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of online learning and provide insight for educators, instructional designers, and learning practitioners on the challenges and rewards they may face as they build or facilitate online learning.
Learning Song Videos
During my time as a Learning Designer at eSpark, I collaborated with the Learning Design team to develop and design instructional learning song videos to be used in our curriculum.
My Contribution: In the creation of these learning songs, I collaborated with the Head of Digital Content and the LD team to provide visual design and pedagogical knowledge in the design of the visual storyboards. My role in the creation of this video was to be sure that the content aligned with learning objectives, and that visual design was aligned with best practices in K-5 instruction during the design, prototype, and testing phases of development.
