2019-2020
- Continue developing curriculum for my department – Phase one.
- Complete course work for year one – NJCU
- Present at the NJEA 2019 Conference about STEAM Education.
- Present at the Space Exploration Educators Conference (SEEC) 2020 in Houston, TX.
- Attend ISTE 2020 in Anaheim, CA.
- Establish a grant writing committee at our school.
- Continue serving on the following committees at work: Data Team, STEM PLC, Project Innovate, Space Club, and Ecology Club.
- Present technology, and NJSLA Data professional development for our school and department.
- Participate in the NJCU chapter of Girls in Technology and learn what I can do to contribute to this group.
- Begin looking for ways to incorporate traits of a transformational leader to my practice.
2020-2021
- Continue developing curriculum for my department – Phase two.
- Develop distance learning curriculum for my department.
- Support teachers in our district with training for distance learning and new LMS implementation.
- Provide technology infused ecology and water conservation curriculum to our school district to help our city be in compliance with the Combined Sewer Overflow Long Term Control Plan - Due 10/1/2020.
- Complete coursework for year two – NJCU.
- Present at conferences and professional development sessions (Bayonne Board of Education, SEEC, NJEA, and others).
- Participate in more conferences representing the NJCU Educational Technology Department.
- Present at ISTE in San Antonio, TX.
- Continue to develop my skills as a transformational leader and seek out opportunities to implement what I have learned.
- Participate in more service opportunities through the NJCU Educational Technology Department.
- Learn more about grant writing on a professional level.
- Continue to develop my work for publication in journals and books.
2021-2022
- Graduate NJCU Doctoral Program.
- Continue to develop my work for publication in journals and books.
- Continue developing curriculum for my department – Phase three (post pandemic).
- Support teachers in our district with training for technology needs.
- Present at conferences and professional development sessions (Bayonne Board of Education, SEEC, NJEA, and others).
- Work on publishing my first book from my research.
- Present at ISTE in New Orleans, LA.
- Participate in more service opportunities through the NJCU Educational Technology Department.
- Pursue adjunct professor positions.
- Continue to develop presentations and new conferences for continued opportunities to present my work.
After 2022
- Become a curriculum director.
- Seek out full-time professor positions on the university level.
- Establish my own consulting firm to offer professional development to teachers and school districts.
