Welcome to the official support page for Daily Affirmations: Soleil. The app provides daily affirmations, visual themes, exportable affirmation images, and Home Screen widgets.

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us investigate, include:

· the app name and app version;

· your iPhone or iPad model;

· your iOS or iPadOS version;

· a short description of the issue and the steps that caused it; and

· a screenshot, if it is helpful and does not reveal unnecessary sensitive information.

Do not send your Apple Account password, full payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials.

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. On an iPhone or iPad:

1. Open Settings.

2. Tap your name or Apple Account.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Select Daily Affirmations: Soleil.

5. Review, change, or cancel the subscription.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Restore a Purchase

1. Open Daily Affirmations: Soleil.

2. Open Settings in the app.

3. Tap Restore Purchase.

4. Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

If access is not restored immediately, confirm that the purchase is active, use a stable internet connection, fully close and reopen the app, and try Restore Purchase again.

Premium Access Is Not Showing

· Confirm that you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

· Confirm that the subscription is active or that the lifetime purchase was completed.

· Tap Restore Purchase.

· Check the internet connection and App Store availability.

· Fully close and reopen the app.

If the issue continues, contact support with the approximate purchase date and product type. Do not send full payment details.

Free Trial and Renewal

Where shown and where you are eligible, the yearly subscription may include a 3-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts to the paid yearly subscription at the price displayed when you started the trial. Apple controls trial eligibility, billing, and renewal.

Refund Requests

Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple. Use Apple's official purchase-support or refund process to request a refund. The developer does not directly access your payment method and generally cannot independently issue an App Store refund.

Save an Affirmation Image

When saving for the first time, allow the app to add the generated image to Photos. If saving does not work:

1. Open iOS Settings.

2. Open Privacy & Security, then Photos.

3. Select Daily Affirmations: Soleil.

4. Allow the photo access needed to save images.

The current app uses photo access only when you choose to save an exported affirmation image.

Add or Refresh a Widget

1. Open the app at least once and select your preferred topic and theme.

2. Long-press an empty area on the Home Screen.

3. Tap Edit or the plus button, then Add Widget.

4. Search for Daily Affirmations: Soleil.

5. Choose a widget size and tap Add Widget.

If a widget does not update, open the main app, select a topic or theme, return to the Home Screen, and allow iOS a short time to refresh the widget.

Privacy and Local Data

The app does not require an account. Most preferences are stored locally on the device. Deleting the app normally removes local app data, subject to Apple backup and restoration behavior.

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. Affirmations and wellness content are for general inspiration only and are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emergency advice.
