Advancement & Promotion

Our promotion system allows cadets to achieve a higher rank within their billet range. The PQS (Personal Qualification System) is under continual scrutiny to ensure fairness and equity.  All requirements are within the capabilities of all our cadets. Cadets are expected to review and study the PQS of the rank trying to be obtained.  All information is located in the various cadet resources in Google Classroom; however, self-research is encouraged.  Although not listed, behavior and character is a major deciding factor in the PQS.  Cadets MUST be in line with the cadet handbook and school expectations. 

Promotion packets can be submitted once a trimester before the promotion ceremony.
