Intro
In 1893 New Zealand gave women the right to vote. This helped convince other countries to let women vote as well and now New Zealand sits at 4 in the world for most women rights. Our Thesis is: We should Criminalise Sexisem to mitigate the negative effects it causes in everyday life. In this inquiry we will be talking to you about 5 points. 1)What is Sexisem? 2)What are the effects of Sexisem? 3)What is NZ doing to stop Sexisem? and 4)What are other countries doing to stop Sexisem?
What is Sexisem?
What is Sexisem? Sexisem is when a man or woman says that they are better for the job or they say I can do more work. Sexisem can come in many different ways, to a man or a woman. It mostly happens to women like men getting a higher pay for a job or just men getting the job and women not getting the job. Men can get a builder or engineer and women not or women getting a job as a nurse or a lawyer. Sexisem can also be a verbale like if a man said to a woman “let me do it, I'm stronger.”
What are the effects of Sexisem on a person?
What are the effects of Sexisem on a person? If people see Sexisem it doesn't look too bad but if you're the person being affected by it, it’s another story. If Sexisem happens it leads the person to think if they are useful and if it happens often it could end up leading to depression. Sexisem can also lead to making people scared to ask if they can do it.
What is New Zealand doing to stop Sexisem?
What is New Zealand doing to stop Sexisem? New Zealand has girls only schools to help with the education and has been giving jobs opportunities for women to help even out the amount of women and men that are in a business.
What are some solutions that we could do to mitigate saxisem?
Some of the things everyone can do to mitigate sexisem is by supporting all sex and gender by giveing more oppotunatys to everyone by giving equal playing fealds. Some of these might be giving the same school opportunities to all genders, and have your thesis copen to the real world(said in the conclusion).
Conclusion
In this inquiry we have reseached about What is Sexisem? What are the effects of Sexisem on a person? What is New Zealand doing to stop Sexisem? What are some solutions we can all do to stop Sexisem? to find out the answer to our fertile question: What could New Zealand be doing to stop Sexisem? and we now know our thesis: We should Criminalise Sexisem to mitigate the negative effects it causes in everyday life.
