Open Positions and descriptions
Secretary - Chair the meeting as outlined in the script. Chair the monthly business meeting, arrange for a substitute if cannot attend a meeting. Become familiar with the 12 traditions. 3 months abstinence recommended. Service Length - 6 months.
Zoom Host - open the zoom meeting at least 5 minutes before starting time; shares the readings on the screen; can mute or remove disruptive people. 3 months abstinence recommended- service length - 6months
PRG Coordinator - Reach out to all members especially new members to talk through the process of setting up a PRG, including: collecting receipts for 30 days, tracking spending, and making a list of all debts. Recommend member set up first PRG after 30 days of tracking spending. Set up PRG for member and look for DA volunteers (2) to staff the first two PRG’s for the member. Volunteers might be from our or other DA meetings. Volunteers must have had at least 2 PRGs for themselves.Arrange for the meeting locations. If location is DA meeting room, make sure room is accessible. Be available for the member to contact prior to their first PRG to answer questions about documentation or anything else needed to prepare for PRG.Have copies of the PRG pamphlet and knowledge of what is contained in the pamphlet. 3 months abstinence required and must have had 2 PRGs of their own first. Service Length - 6 months

Intergroup rep - Regularly attend meetings and business meetings; a minimum of two meetings per month. Become familiar with the 12 traditions. Represent the group at monthly Intergroup meetings (Depending on region person is in) Pick up meeting schedules at Intergroup meetings and make them available at meetings. Share a monthly report to the group about Intergroup Activities.Give a written report of monthly

Must have 6 month abstinence. Service Term - 1 year
General Service Rep - represent the group on the world level. Attend the general service conference, serve on a committee at the world service. report back to the group on activities and decisions made at the world service level. Must have 6 months abstinence. Service Term - 3 years.
