Dear guests of Studio apartman D7, we are obligated to inform you that due to General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR, at your stay in our accommodation unit you agree to give your ID documents, and/or your data (first name, other names, type and number of the identification document, sex, country and address of residence and birth) for the purpose of registering tourists in the information system of tourist boards of the Republic of Croatia for registration and de-registration of tourists – eVisitor (Law on tourist tax; NN 52/19, 32/20, 42/20).

The content of your personal data is collected for the purpose of statistical data processing, and it is intended exclusively for tourist boards, public institutions and ministries whose activities affect this process (Ministry of Tourism - Tourist Inspection; Ministry of Internal Affairs; Ministry of Finance - Customs Administration).

The hosts will ask you, through the communication channels you choose for communication in connection with the accommodation reservation, for personal data for all persons who intend to stay in our accommodation facility. It is of mutual interest that you provide the requested data to the hosts, and they will be handled in accordance with the positive regulations governing the protection of personal data.

Any unauthorized use, publication, processing, processing, reproduction, display, transmission, distribution, reduction or any other form of unauthorized use of your data is strictly prohibited.

All possible photos of personal documents that you exchange with the host, or that are created for the purpose of tourist records, creating invoices for the services provided, etc., will be used exclusively for the stated purposes and will not in any way be available to a third party or shared with a third party, and will immediately after entering the data into the above records, be destroyed or permanently deleted from all data storage devices and/or services.
