About the apartment

BASIC EQUIPMENT

Our apartment is located close to the center of Vukovar, which can be reached very quickly by the promenade along the Danube, and also by walking by the Eltz castle, which is now home to the City Museum.

It is equipped with high-quality furniture, energy-efficient devices and LED lighting, and inventory that is mostly made of recycled or recyclable, natural materials, which ensures a completely pleasant and environmentally friendly short or long stay in Vukovar.

Free public parking is available to guests, as well as paid public parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. There is also a small children's playground in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is located on the eighth floor of a multi-apartment building, it has an area of 27 m2 and consists of an entrance hall from which you enter the bathroom on the right, and straight into the living room and kitchen and onto the balcony.

There is a three-wing closet with space for storing clothes in the hall, a washing machine, space for hanging clothes and shoes, and space for additional bed linen and blankets. There is an info board on the opposite wall.

The door to the third part of the wardrobe in the hall is also the slide door to the bathroom, which is modernly equipped with a fast-heating boiler, a comfortable shower cabin and modern, high-quality sanitary ware.

The kitchen contains all appliances and all the necessary dishes and accessories needed for a short and long stay in the apartment, while the living room area is optimized for a pleasant stay and sleep of our guests.

The living room opens onto a pleasantly furnished enclosed balcony suitable for rest and relaxation with a beautiful view of the Danube, Eltz Vukovar Castle and one of the symbols of our city - the water tower.

At your disposal you have an oven, microwave oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, hand iron, hair dryer, TV set with ambilight lighting, many TV programs and high quality apps, modern kitchen, bathroom and space for storing clothes and shoes, a bed with high-quality mattresses and linens and an integrated table that has a dual function - a dining area and a work area with available sockets under the table, as well as night lights, sockets and switches next to both nightstands that turn on/off the LED lighting behind the bed, central heating and air conditioning, LED lighting fixtures throughout the apartment, as well as a light at the entrance to the apartment that is activated by movement, a pleasant space for relaxing on the terrace, as well as a beautiful view of the Danube, the baroque city center, Eltz Castle and one of the most recognizable symbols Vukovara - water tower.
