Brandon Utter lives in Skokie with his wife and three children. Two of his children attend Dr. Bessie Rhodes School of Global Studies, one in kindergarten and one in 3rd grade. His youngest is in preK. He is committed to District 65 for the long haul.

· Post doctoral residency years focusing in psychopharmacology and pharmacotherapy

· Mental Health Clinician providing medication services to Veterans – multiple locations - 8 years
· Ex-officio board member and contracted facilitator for Colorado Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Board – 4 years
· Assistant Professor at University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences – 4 years
· Lecturer at University Teaching Hospital, Lusaka, Zambia – 1 year
· Army Medic – 9 years with deployment to Iraq in 2005-2006
Brandon Utter can bring systematic and data-informed decision making to the District 65 Board. He has worked with groups in many settings and successfully solves problems on a personal level with his patients and at a population level with his past role in the Colorado Medicaid Program serving the 1.4 million Medicaid members of Colorado. He is ready to set ego aside and develop real solutions to the serious issues faced by the district. His lunch is packed and he is ready to work for every child, teacher and staff in District 65.
