We have three ways you can donate - 

• Print and fill out our Donation Form and send in the completed form with a check (made out to District 45 Music Boosters) or cash with your student to their next rehearsal.  Please make sure the envelope is marked District 45 Music Boosters.

• Fill out our online Donation Google Form and send in the check (made out to District 45 Music Boosters) or cash separately.  (Please make sure you indicate you filled out a Google Form.)

• Donate online using our Cheddar Up Link or QR code.
