Driver &
Community Service Coach Lead
My name is Lamont Christopher Crockett, but I go by Chris. I was trained by TRAILS in 2018, and am currently a van driver for their D.O.V.E. Program. I’m a retired professional barber originally from Brooklyn, New York. I work at here because I enjoy helping people and there’s always something new to learn. In my free time, I love playing and studying chess. I look forward to teaching the participants at D.O.V.E. the fundamentals of the game.
Lead Facilitator
I am a 30 year old mother of 2 beautiful children. I grew up in Allegheny county in the system. I was in and out of group homes, foster homes, and shelters. Dealing with the cards I was dealt I always knew I wanted to help the youth with the same kinds of struggles as me. Here at D.O.V.E., I can serve my community by being that person I always needed. Being here gives me a purpose, and I’m looking forward to all the great opportunities that are coming my way!
Facilitator
I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia (go birds) as the second oldest of 5 kids. After graduating high school, I went to Geneva College and received my B.A. in Christian Ministries. I enjoy watching football, and baseball, and playing spikeball and ultimate Frisbee. My wife, 2 children and I live in downtown Beaver Falls and love our community. We strive to be active and friendly neighbors, and are proud members of SOMA church. I'm thrilled to be part of the DOVE program to help the youth in my community reach their goals, and to help create social networks that will allow them to thrive!
Occupational Therapist
My name is Allison Miller. I am a 2002 graduate of Duquesne University with a Master's in Occupational Therapy.
During my career I have enjoyed working with a variety of populations! I have worked in the mental health field with adults at Mayview State Hospital and at the Project Employ program at Bethlehem Haven.
Most recently I have been working with K-12 students in the school districts. I am so excited to come to the DOVE program to combine my two passions of working with children and teenagers and working in mental health! I enjoy running groups and working one on one with the participants to help them meet their goals!
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my husband and two teenage sons. I enjoy cooking, hiking, and reading!
I look forward to being part of the DOVE program!
Facilitator
My name is MyKion, and I am from Aliquippa. I like taking trips, exploring new settings and seeing places I have never been before. I like being in the water and playing video games and hanging with my friends. I came to DOVE as a participant and have been hired as a facilitator. I am here to help lead others down the right path.
