Lead Facilitator
I am grateful for my new position as Lead Facilitator at the D.O.V.E Program and the opportunity to support our team as we support our participants in achieving their academic and workforce goals.
My career began with a certified peer support specialist certification in 2013. In 2016, obtained my associate's degree in criminal justice from CCBC and then my bachelor's degree in criminal justice with a focus of Human Services and Advocacy from Southern New Hampshire University.
My work experience includes various positions in mental health, substance abuse counseling for adults, and working with youth/ young adults (ages 13 to 24) who suffer from the disease of addiction.
I've also worked in corrections case management and counseling within domestic violence shelters; facilitated peer support groups in residential, crisis, and independent living settings, provided individual and group counseling via tele-health and in-person session; and facilitated cognitive behavioral intervention classes within the corrections setting, and more.
I also have my own life experiences, which is why I am so passionate about working with the populations we serve within this field.
I am looking forward to being a part of the amazing things to come for such a wonderful program! I am grateful to be working with a compassionate group of individuals who come together to make a difference in the lives of our participants.

Community Service Coach
My name is Lamont Christopher Crockett, but I go by Chris. I was trained by TRAILS in 2018, and am currently a van driver for their D.O.V.E. Program. I’m a retired professional barber originally from Brooklyn, New York. I work at here because I enjoy helping people and there’s always something new to learn. In my free time, I love playing and studying chess. I look forward to teaching the participants at D.O.V.E. the fundamentals of the game.

Facilitator
I have been affiliated with TRAILS Ministries since I was a youth. My passion is serving the public while maintaining a healthy relationship with family and friends. I am a husband and father of two lovely daughters. I am currently a college senior with plans of finishing my bachelor's degree with a human resource major and economics minor. I'm glad to give back to the community which helped raise me as well as the program that guided me.
Facilitator
I am a 30 year old mother of 2 beautiful children. I grew up in Allegheny county in the system. I was in and out of group homes, foster homes, and shelters. Dealing with the cards I was dealt I always knew I wanted too help the youth with the same kinds of struggles as me. Here at D.O.V.E., I can serve my community by being that person I always needed. Being here gives me a purpose, and I’m looking forward too all the great opportunities that are coming my way!
