As someone who struggled with reading and writing in my elementary years, I know firsthand the challenges that many students face. That’s why I am especially grateful to serve as a mentor, coach, and chief of encouragement for ALL of my students. The need for an evolving education system has become even more evident since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now more than ever, students need teachers who are not only empathetic but who also hold high expectations, believe in their potential, and remain flexible in adopting new strategies and techniques to help them develop the skills necessary to thrive in the future. As an aspiring School Administrator, I'd like to make an impact on a larger scale. Here is a link to my Leadership Portfolio.
