Hours Tracking

We will update it as often as possible, but please realize that it does take time to process your hours. If you feel there is a mistake, or you have any questions, contact us through this form or ask an officer at the next meeting. We hope that by making your hours more available to you, you can better complete your necessary hours to remain a member in good standing.

You are responsible for submitting your hours within a month of each activity. Download, print, and complete the forms. Verify that all information is correct and that the form contains an adult signature and then turn in your forms to one of the following locations:

• Mrs. Rivard's Room (1562)

• Mrs. Williamson's Room (2523)

• Drop boxes at monthly meetings
