基服團有別於其他服務性社團，更注重團員軟實力的培養，透過到偏鄉小學舉辦教育營隊服務，增進團員各項軟實力發展，進而從中獲得成就感。除了每年四次的營隊活動，學期間也有許多可以增進幹部團員間情誼的社遊活動，建立良好的傳承橋梁，讓團員們都可以良好的適應社團生活。

The Grassroots Culture Services Club distinguishes itself from other service-oriented clubs by focusing more on developing members' soft skills. Through organizing educational camp services at rural elementary schools, it enhances various soft skills among members, fostering a sense of achievement. In addition to four annual camp activities, there are many social and recreational events during the semester to enhance camaraderie among executive members, building a strong legacy bridge for all members to adapt well to club life.
