提供在校學生練習外語的機會，並讓在地學生與外國學生有交流的平臺，同時訓練各位的社交技能，並且給予同學們學習語言的契機，讓在在吸收各國交化之下，亦能豐富自己的人生，開拓國際視野。

Assimilate different nationalities while giving students the chance to practice their foreign languages, communicate with foreign students, develop their social skills, and engage in language learning opportunities. This will allow students to enrich their lives and broaden their perspectives while assimilating different nationalities.
