中原大學打擊樂社的前身為中原大學管樂社打擊樂團，成立於民國109年六月，成員為中原大學管樂社打擊分部之學生，成立之初是以相互學習、增進彼次默契為宗旨，進而為前進全國學生音樂比賽全國賽奠下基石，並於110、111學年度打擊合奏全國賽，大專B組優等的佳績。

The Chung Yuan University Wind Ensemble Percussion Orchestra was established in June of the 109th year of the Republic of China. Its members are students from the percussion section of the Chung Yuan University Wind Ensemble. At its inception, the group aimed to facilitate mutual learning and enhance cooperation among its members. Over time, it laid the foundation for participation in the National Student Music Competition, achieving remarkable results. In the 110th academic year, the ensemble excelled in the Percussion Ensemble category of the National Competition for College Students, Division B.
