Our research lines focus on the study of light perception, photosynthesis, and photoprotection mechanisms in cyanobacteria & their potential applications. 

We are a multidisciplinary research group investigating how cyanobacteria sense, process, and respond to light. We combine molecular biology, biochemistry, structural biology, physiology, and biotechnology to decode these mechanisms and pioneer new solutions for sustainable biotechnology.
