I'm Chisom Osunwa, and I believe the most powerful solutions emerge when analytical precision meets genuine purpose.
My approach is simple: I dive deep, think strategically, and execute relentlessly—whether that's identifying key collaborators for a project, leading initiatives that impact over 900 students through The Tax Club, or organising care packages for vulnerable communities through the Lagos Food Bank Initiative. Each project teaches me something new about turning complex challenges into clear opportunities.
What drives me isn't any single industry—it's the thrill of understanding how systems work, identifying the gaps, and effectively bridging them. I've moved seamlessly from tax policy to infrastructure analysis to community organizing because the core skills remain the same: research thoroughly, think critically, lead authentically, and measure what matters.
Graduating top 8% from the University of Nigeria gave me the foundation, but my real education happens in the field—whether I'm analysing cement industry stakeholders, facilitating conversations between 337 tax professionals, or securing partnerships for youth development conferences. I bring the same intellectual curiosity and human-centred approach to every challenge.
I'm drawn to work that moves Africa forward, but more than that, I'm energized by projects where I can combine strategic thinking with tangible impact. Today it might be infrastructure research, tomorrow it could be launching a venture or crafting a compelling narrative—what remains constant is my commitment to excellence and meaningful change.
If you're tackling something complex and need someone who can think across disciplines, lead with conviction, and deliver results that matter, let's explore what we might build together.
