- In the case of death of an immediate family member, sickness or injury, or a military transfer we will refund all but $75 of fees paid when verified by a physician, military commander or other such official. Cancellations after July 1 st undermine our ability to provide our quality program. Reasons such as vacation schedule, summer school and last minute changes of mind are not acceptable reasons for refunds. Campers who leave during a week of camp will not receive a refund.

Guests should park at the Administration parking lot. They will register and pay for their meal, then receive a wristband. Guests are invited to attend the closing campfire, which begins after dinner. It will be a series of skits and songs performed by the Girls. There will be awards and stories presented and told by the staff. All guests need to be out of camp following the campfire. If Girls or Troops are leaving early they must sign-out with the Camp Director.
