"Amidst the dynamics of a borderless world, music serves not only as a universal language connecting human emotions but also as a mirror reflecting the beauty of cultural diversity. The theme "Harmony in Diversity" chosen as the core essence of the CU TIME 2026 conference, draws a parallel to the principle of musical harmony. A rich and complete sonority does not arise from playing the same note in unison, but rather from arranging distinct pitches in appropriate intervals to support one another and create a collective aesthetic. Consequently, contemporary music education must transcend traditional frameworks of uniformity to embrace differences across dimensions of ethnicity, local wisdom, and modern innovation. 

In the context of music education, "Diversity" encompasses a wide spectrum: the variety of learning styles, inclusivity of learners, and the synthesis of distinct arts and sciences—such as bridging classical traditions with folk heritage or integrating artificial intelligence with traditional pedagogy. The crucial challenge we face together is how music educators can manage these differences, not to erase existing identities, but to weave them into new, stronger, and more sustainable bodies of knowledge. 

Therefore, CU TIME 2026 serves not merely as a platform for research presentation, but as a sanctuary for seeking common ground. We invite all participants to interpret and design learning processes that respect differences while aiming for a shared goal: elevating the quality of life through music. Our hope is that "Harmony in Diversity" will become more than an academic ideal—it will become a practical pathway to creating a music society that is equitable, inclusive, and deeply understanding."

"ท่ามกลางพลวัตของโลกไร้พรมแดน ดนตรีไม่ได้เป็นเพียงภาษาสากลที่เชื่อมโยงความรู้สึกของมนุษย์เข้าด้วยกันเท่านั้น แต่ยังทำหน้าที่เป็นกระจกสะท้อนความงดงามของความแตกต่างหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม แนวคิด "Harmony in Diversity" ที่เราหยิบยกมาเป็นแก่นหลักของการประชุมวิชาการ CU TIME 2026 นี้ เปรียบเสมือนหลักการของเสียงประสานในทางดนตรี ที่ความไพเราะสมบูรณ์ไม่ได้เกิดจากการบรรเลงตัวโน้ตเดียวกันพร้อมกัน หากแต่เกิดจากการจัดวางเสียงที่แตกต่างกันในจังหวะและช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสม เพื่อเกื้อกูลและสร้างสุนทรียภาพร่วมกัน การศึกษาดนตรีในยุคปัจจุบันจึงจำเป็นต้องก้าวข้ามกรอบความคิดแบบเดิมที่มุ่งเน้นความเป็นหนึ่งเดียว ไปสู่การโอบรับความแตกต่าง ทั้งในมิติของชาติพันธุ์ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และนวัตกรรมสมัยใหม่ 

ในบริบทของดนตรีศึกษา "ความหลากหลาย" ในที่นี้ ครอบคลุมถึงความหลากหลายของวิถีการเรียนรู้ ความแตกต่างของผู้เรียน รวมถึงการผสมผสานระหว่างศาสตร์และศิลป์ที่แตกต่างกัน อาทิ การเชื่อมโยงดนตรีคลาสสิกเข้ากับดนตรีพื้นบ้าน หรือการนำเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาปรับใช้ร่วมกับการสอนดนตรีแบบดั้งเดิม โจทย์สำคัญที่เราจะขบคิดร่วมกันคือ ทำอย่างไรให้นักการศึกษาดนตรีสามารถบริหารจัดการความแตกต่างเหล่านี้ ไม่ใช่เพื่อลบล้างอัตลักษณ์เดิม แต่เพื่อถักทอให้เกิดองค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่แข็งแกร่งและยั่งยืนยิ่งขึ้น 

ดังนั้น เวที CU TIME 2026 จึงไม่ได้เป็นเพียงพื้นที่นำเสนองานวิจัย แต่เป็นพื้นที่แห่งการแสวงหาจุดสมดุลร่วมกัน เรามุ่งหวังให้ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมทุกท่านได้ร่วมกันตีความและออกแบบกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่เคารพในความแตกต่าง แต่มุ่งสู่จุดหมายเดียวกัน นั่นคือการยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้คนผ่านเสียงดนตรี เพื่อให้ "Harmony in Diversity" ไม่ใช่เพียงอุดมคติทางวิชาการ แต่เป็นวิถีปฏิบัติที่สร้างสรรค์สังคมดนตรีที่เท่าเทียมและเปี่ยมด้วยความเข้าใจอย่างแท้จริง" 

Submission and Presentation Guidelines

1) Presentation Formats We accept proposals for the following presentation types:

• Oral Presentation

• Poster Presentation

2) Submission Categories Authors may submit works in the following categories:

• Abstracts

• Full Papers (including Research Articles and Academic Articles)

3) Submission Guidelines

A. Abstract

1. Language and Originality:

• • • Abstracts are accepted in both Thai and English.

    • The work must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review elsewhere.

2. Length and Formatting:

• • • Length: 300 – 400 words.

    • Keywords: 3 words.

    • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).

    • Font:

- English: Times New Roman, 12 pt.

- Thai: TH Sarabun New, 16 pt.

• • • Line Spacing: Single (1.0 line spacing).

    • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.

B. Full Paper

1. Language and Originality:

• Full papers are accepted in both Thai and English.

• The work must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review elsewhere.

2. Length and Formatting:

• Word Count: 3,000 – 5,000 words (excluding abstract, references, and appendices).

• Abstract Length: 300 – 400 words.

• Keywords: 3 words.

• Page Limit: Maximum of 12 A4 pages.

• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).

• Font:

- English: Times New Roman, 12 pt.

- Thai: TH Sarabun New, 16 pt.

• Line Spacing: Single (1.0 line spacing).

• Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.

4. References: In-text citations should be formatted as footnotes. The bibliography at the end of the article must follow APA style (American Psychological Association). Sorted alphabetically.

4) Attachments: If there are accompanying files such as illustrations or graphics, please ensure the file names correspond to the figures in the article. Images must be of high quality and resolution suitable for printing.

5) Review Decision: The decision of the peer reviewers is final. The editorial board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request a change in the presentation format of the submission.

4) กรณีมีไฟล์เอกสารแนบประกอบบทความ เช่น ภาพประกอบ หรือรูปกราฟิก โปรดระบุชื่อไฟล์ให้ตรงกับ รูปในบทความ โดยใช้รูปที่มีคุณภาพและความละเอียดเหมาะสมสําหรับการพิมพ์
