การประชุมวิชาการทางด้านดนตรีศึกษาระดับชาติ ครั้งที่ 3 The 3rd National Conference on Music Education ระหว่างวันที่ 22-24 กุมภาพันธ์ 2566 ภายใต้ความร่วมมือกับสถาบันเครือข่าย ได้แก่ คณะดุริยางคศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร สถาบันดนตรีกัลยาณิวัฒนา คณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ ประสานมิตร วิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนศิลป์ วิทยาลัยการดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ บ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยา และ สมาคมครูดนตรี (ประเทศไทย)

การจัดการประชุมวิชาดนตรีดนตรีศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่ให้ นิสิต นักศึกษา ครู อาจารย์ นักวิจัย และนักวิชาการทางดนตรีศึกษาจากทั่วประเทศ ได้นำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ แบ่งปันประสบการณ์ และ ร่วมกันอภิปรายผลงานวิชาการทางด้านดนตรีศึกษา อีกทั้งยังเป็นการส่งเสริมความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ และการวิจัยระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาที่จัดการเรียนการสอนทางด้านดนตรี และดนตรีศึกษาในประเทศไทย 

โดยในงานประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย โดยในปีนี้ได้รับเกียรติจากจากนักวิชาการชั้นนำของวงการดนตรีศึกษาในระดับโลก Prof. Bo-Wah LEUNG ประธานกรรมการ International Society for Music Education (ISME) และ นักวิชาการด้านดนตรีศึกษาอาวุโสคนสำคัญของประเทศไทย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณรุทธ์ สุทธจิตต์ เป็นผู้นำในการปาฐกถา 

นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมทางวิชาการต่างๆ อาทิเช่น การเสวนาทางวิชาการ การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการ นิทรรศการผลงานทางวิชาการของนิสิต และปิดท้ายด้วยการแสดงดนตรีงานครุศาสตร์คอนเสิร์ต ครั้งที่ 40

The Music Education Division is delighted to host The 3rd National Conference on Music Education from February 22–24, 2023, in collaboration with our network of partner institutions, including the Faculty of Music, Silpakorn University; Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music; Faculty of Fine Arts, Srinakharinwirot University; College of Music, Mahidol University; Bunditpatanasilpa Institute; College of Music, Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University; and the Music Teachers Association (Thailand).

The objective of this conference is to provide a platform for students, educators, researchers, and scholars in music education from across the country to present their academic work, exchange knowledge, share experiences, and discuss advancements in the field. Furthermore, it aims to foster academic collaboration and research among educational institutions offering music and music education programs in Thailand.

The event features a diverse range of activities. This year, we are honored to have world-renowned music education scholar Prof. Bo-Wah LEUNG, President of the International Society for Music Education (ISME), and distinguished senior Thai music education scholar Assoc. Prof. Dr. Narutt Suttachitt, as our keynote speakers.

Additionally, the conference includes various academic activities such as panel discussions, workshops, academic presentations, and exhibitions of student work, concluding with the 40th Karusart Concert.

ในปัจจุบันประเทศไทยได้เข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ทำให้เกิดความร่วมมือกันในด้านต่างๆ และเสริมสร้างความเจริญรุ่งเรืองทางด้านวัฒนธรรม มีการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมต่างๆ ภายในประชาคมอาเซียน โดยในด้านดนตรีศึกษามีการขับเคลื่อนที่สำคัญ เนื่องจากดนตรีศึกษาแต่ละประเทศมีรูปแบบที่แตกต่างกันไปตามบริบทของสังคม จึงจำเป็นที่จะต้องศึกษาทั้งดนตรีศึกษาในประเทศไทย และดนตรีศึกษาของประเทศภายในประชาคมอาเซียน เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจ รู้เท่าทันต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงและเกิดการพัฒนาทางด้านดนตรีศึกษา การจัดการประชุมวิชาการในครั้งนี้แสดงถึงสภาพปัจจุบันของดนตรีศึกษาในประเทศไทยและประเทศในประชาคมอาเซียน เพื่อนำไปสู่การกำหนดทิศทางและบทบาททางดนตรีศึกษาระหว่างประเทศไทยและประเทศในประชาคมอาเซียน

สาขาวิชาดนตรีศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้เป็นผู้นำในการจัดหลักสูตรและการเรียนสอนทางดนตรีศึกษา ทั้งในระดับปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโท มาเป็นเวลานาน ทำให้มีการสั่งสมความรู้และประสบการณ์ทางดนตรีศึกษา จนเป็นที่ยอมรับทั่วไป ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นผู้นำในศาสตร์ทางดนตรีศึกษา การเผยแพร่ แลกเปลี่ยน และนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการ ให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่คณาจารย์ และนิสิต นักศึกษา สาขาวิชาดนตรีศึกษา จากสถาบันต่าง ๆ รวมถึงผู้สนใจทั่วไป สาขาวิชาดนตรีศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จึงเห็นสมควรให้มีการจัดการประชุมวิชาการทางด้านดนตรีศึกษา ครั้งที่ 2 ขึ้นในหัวข้อเรื่อง “ดนตรีศึกษาในประชาคมอาเซียน

With Thailand's entry into the ASEAN Community, cooperation across various sectors has been strengthened, fostering cultural prosperity and facilitating cultural exchange among member nations. In the field of music education, significant momentum has gathered, as educational approaches in each country vary according to their specific societal contexts. Consequently, it is essential to study the music education landscapes in both Thailand and other ASEAN nations to foster understanding, stay abreast of changes, and drive further development in the field. This academic conference reflects the current state of music education in Thailand and the ASEAN region, aiming to establish future directions and define collaborative roles in music education between Thailand and its ASEAN neighbors.

The Music Education Division, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, has long been a leader in music education curriculum development and instruction at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Through years of accumulated knowledge and experience, the program has achieved widespread recognition. Therefore, to uphold its leadership in the discipline and to ensure that the dissemination, exchange, and presentation of academic work provide maximum benefit to faculty members, students, and scholars from various institutions, as well as the general public, the Music Education Division deemed it appropriate to organize The 2nd National Conference on Music Education under the theme “Music Education in the ASEAN Community.”

ดนตรีศึกษาเป็นศาสตร์ที่ว่าด้วยการสอนดนตรี อันประกอบไปด้วยสาระสำคัญจากศาสตร์สองสาขาด้วยกันคือ ศาสตร์ทางด้านการสอนและศาสตร์ทางด้านดนตรี ซึ่งศาสตร์ความรู้ทั้งสองด้านมีความลึกซึ้งและมีความเฉพาะด้านสูง

สาขาวิชาดนตรีศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้เป็นผู้นำในการจัดหลักสูตรและการเรียนสอนทางดนตรีศึกษา ทั้งในระดับปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโทมาเป็นเวลานาน ทำให้มีการสั่งสมความรู้และประสบการณ์ทางดนตรีศึกษาจนเป็นที่ยอมรับทั่วไป

ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นผู้นำในศาสตร์ทางดนตรีศึกษา และการเผยแพร่แลกเปลี่ยนและนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการทางด้านนี้ในหมู่คณาจารย์และนิสิตนักศึกษา สาขาวิชาดนตรีศึกษาจากสถาบันต่างๆ และผู้สนใจทั่วไปในประเทศไทย สาขาวิชาดนตรีศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จึงเห็นสมควรให้มีการจัดการประชุมวิชาการทางด้านดนตรีศึกษา ครั้งที่ 1 ขึ้น

Music education is a discipline dedicated to the pedagogy of music, integrating essential elements from two distinct fields: the science of teaching and the art of music. Both disciplines are profound and highly specialized.

The Music Education Division at the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, has long served as a leader in providing music education curricula and instruction at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Through years of dedication, the Division has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience, earning widespread recognition in the field.

Therefore, to underscore its leadership in music education and to facilitate the dissemination, exchange, and presentation of academic works among faculty members, students, scholars from various institutions, and the general public in Thailand, the Music Education Division, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, deemed it appropriate to organize the 1st National Conference on Music Education.
