The Training and Placement Office (TPO) at C.U. Shah Polytechnic plays a pivotal role in aligning students with their career aspirations by providing comprehensive support and opportunities to succeed in the professional world. Our efforts are centered around achieving the mission of the institute by focusing on the following key activities:

Activities and Role of TPO:

• Provide Placement Opportunities:

  • Facilitate placement opportunities for students by connecting them with top-tier companies and organizations.

• Organize Expert Lectures:

  • Conduct expert lectures from industry professionals to provide students with insights into current industry trends and expectations.

• Organize Career Guidance Activities:

  • Offer career counseling and guidance to help students make informed decisions about their future career paths.

• Provide Industrial Exposure:

  • Arrange industrial visits and internships, giving students practical exposure to the working environment in their respective fields. 

• Provide Student Training:

  • Conduct various training programs focused on enhancing both technical and soft skills necessary for employability. 

• Organize Placement Fair and Pool Campus:

  • Host placement fairs and pool campus drives to provide students with a wide array of job opportunities across different sectors.
