I am a Registered Psychologist dedicated to helping clients create meaningful, lasting change. My background includes an undergraduate degree in educational psychology and experience as an elementary school teacher. I also have several years of frontline experience supporting adults and youth dealing with suicidal thoughts and self-harm.
My work as a Registered Psychologist centres on building an authentic, trusting relationship. Within that connection, I strive to create a safe, grounded space where you can understand yourself more deeply. For some, this means exploring identity, self-worth, and patterns in relationships. For others, it involves examining pressures, expectations, and the roles you’ve taken on without even realizing it.
I believe people naturally want a life rooted in authenticity and connection, but that can be hard to access when daily life feels overwhelming. Work drains you. Relationships get complicated. Everyone feels stretched thin. It’s easy to wonder, “How did this become my life?” Even during good moments, many people feel anxious, waiting for the next crisis. My goal as a Registered Psychologist is to help you understand both the joy and the struggle, so you can actually experience the good without being consumed by the hard parts.
My role is to support you as you clarify what you want from your life and identify what needs to change for you to feel grounded and at peace. Once you have that clarity, we collaborate on a plan to help you move forward. I’ll challenge you gently, ask hard questions, and support you through every stage of your therapeutic work. You do the real work, and I help light the path.
I am a Registered Psychologist licensed by the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and a Professional Member of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA). I follow CAP’s Standards of Practice, Bylaws, and Practice Guidelines, as well as the Canadian Code of Ethics for Psychologists. I hold a Master of Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Education with a Minor in Educational Psychology from the University of Alberta.
