Seth n’ Elizabeth Lintelman have proudly owned and operated the Cup N’ Saucer in Sherburn, Minnesota since 2013. From day one, they’ve been passionate about crafting modern American cuisine rooted in seasonally fresh, locally grown, and sustainably raised ingredients.
In July 2024, they expanded their vision with a mobile kitchen—fondly known as The Cup Truck—bringing their commitment to fresh, thoughtful, community-centered food on the road. Whether on Main Street, in your home or at a local event, their mission remains the same: to help communities access food that’s grown close to home and prepared with genuine care.
The Lintelmans farm their own 3/4-acre lot and partner closely with area farmers and small businesses to bring new, innovative, and ingredient-forward concepts to their guests. As proud business owners, they believe deeply in supporting local networks—because great food starts with strong community roots.
