Our award-winning Chef/owner, Seth Lintelman will come prepared with all of the necessities to create a delicious n' unforgettable dining experience, including plates, silverware, glassware, napkins....pretty much everything except the kitchen sink!
Cleanup is included, so you can spend the rest of the evening relaxing with your guests

A kitchen with at least 1 oven and a 4 burner stovetop are required for this experience. We can work with gas, electric n' induction burners.
We will need access to your space two hours before service to ensure proper set up. The actual service usually takes between 2-3 hours.
We require a minimum of 10 guests and we have a maximum of 16 guests.
The cost of a 6-course in-home tasting menu is $135/person, which includes set up, food, clean up n' tax. A 20% gratuity will be added to your total bill.
6-course in-home tasting menu with wine pairing is $170/person, which includes wine, food, set up, clean up, n' tax. A 20% gratuity will be added to your total bill.
Travel outside of Sherburn/Fairmont is subject to travel fees.

A $200 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required to hold your event date. Full payment for your event is due two weeks prior, along with your final guest count n' specified food allergies/dietary restrictions.
We require a $200 non-refundable n' non-transferrable event deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your event after you submit your deposit, you will forfeit the deposit in full. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior will forfeit the event deposit.
Cancellations n' refunds due to weather will be determined on a case by case basis.
Travel within Fairmont n' Sherburn is covered in the cost of the event. Travel required outside of this radius is subject to travel fee. Travel fee includes mileage n' chef's travel time.
The menu consists of 6 courses, typically a starter, soup, salad, meat course, seafood course, or second meat course n' dessert!
