Having earned her Red Seal in cooking in just a few years and nearing completion of her baking certification, she exemplifies dedication and perseverance. With a natural ability to encourage others, she is always ready to support those looking to grow in the industry.

Doug Overes
serves as Treasurer, bringing over 30 years of involvement with the Culinary Federation to the role. A respected mentor and dedicated leader, he has spent his career creating opportunities for others to learn, grow, and succeed—making him a trusted and valued presence within the culinary community.
