I still remember my first project. It was a knitted shoe, which we had to do in elemantary school. Our parents haven´t been very impressed about that, because the shoes haven´t been neither solid nor slip resistent. Still, it was my first handicraft and I decided, I have a hugh affection for creating things. After I knoted bracelets also in school, but this time unter the table while having definitley not handwork-based lessons, I started crocheting and sewing. Mostly not in lesson, but since I work as a teacher by now, sometimes too ;-)
When I got pregnant I needed a new hobby to distract myself from my not so pleased stomach. The result are two spinning wheels in addition to uncountable needles, hooks, knitting machines, a sewing and stiching machine (which I have won at a contest because otherwise would not be able to afford) and an overlook.
In summer 2016 i knitted a litte skirt for my daughter in my holliday. I thought why not write the pattern and look if someone is interested in it? Surprisingly there were indeed costumers. So I thought why not push that little further and here we are.
Right now I have to cope with sales taxes and spezial laws for distance selling. Let´s see how that works out. I am still a fulltime teacher and mother, therefore my handicraft and social network time is limited. All the more I am pleased that you found my website! I hope you enjoy it, lets get creative :-)
Best regards from Lake Starnberg near Munich!
