Are you curious about curiosity?
If so, then we would like to invite you to join us in our study investigating how curiosity influences learning!
For this study, we are looking for healthy 10-14 year olds who will be tasked with completing trivia questions both inside and outside of our non-invasive MRI scanner. A screening process will take place prior to participation.
Our study will take place at Cardiff University Brain Research Imaging Centre (CUBRIC) at Cardiff University. Participation will take approximately three hours. Participation will be rewarded in the form of a £35 Love2Shop voucher, or BACS transfer of the same value. Travel compensation (within the Cardiff area) will also be provided.
Contact Dr. Matthias Gruber at curiousbrain@cardiff.ac.uk to sign up or learn more!
We are looking for teen participants, aged 13-17, to take part in a study investigating how social media influences the way adolescents think and behave. This study involves completing a series of computerised tasks at the Cardiff University Brain Research Imaging Centre and filling out some questionnaires. Overall, the experiment lasts up to 1h, and you will receive £10 for your participation.
If you wish to take part, you can register your interest here, by scanning the QR code, or contact us at teens-and-screens@cardiff.ac.uk
