Uniforms help Scouts feel like they are part of the PACK!
Uniforms:
Cub Scout uniforms serve several important purposes. They help Scouts feel connected to their pack, encourage pride and teamwork, and allow Scouts to display the badges and awards they have earned. Wearing the uniform also promotes a neat appearance and positive behavior.
Families do not need to purchase a new uniform every year — many Scouts wear the same uniform shirt for several years as they grow through the program.
Handbooks:
Each grade level has a specific handbook that Scouts use throughout the year, and each Scout will need to purchase one. The handbook includes all of the required and elective adventures for that rank. It also serves as an important record of the Scout’s progress, as completed adventures are tracked and signed off in the handbook.
