A uniform is required for this course. Our uniforms cost $100 each, and we recommend you buy two sets of everything. A link is provided to us by Chef Works, that gives us access to reduced prices on all of our pieces which include a black skull cap, a white chef coat with your name embroidered on the left lapel, black and white checkered chef pants, and an apron. The only thing that can not be purchased online are a pair of oil-resistant, non-slip shoes which can be purchased at almost any shoe retailer including Walmart and Target.

During your second year in our program, you will choose to focus your studies on either Baking and Pastry, or continue further into the Culinary field. If you decide to follow the baking path it is recommended that purchase a Wilton Cake Decorating Kit. These are available for purchase at wilton.com at the price of $100, or at Joann's from $75, and Amazon for $80.
