I have been in the culinary industry since I was 15 years old. I started out as a dishwasher and worked my way up. Prep cook, line cook, baker, pastry chef, kitchen manager, caterer, retail grocery store, catering manager, and finally - educator.

I have been teaching here at CTC since 2001
