How to Apply

2. Choose the membership you'd like (e.g. t-shirt and annual, t-shirt and semester, semester only, etc.)

3. Membership is not active until your payment is received

4. Deadline for membership and t-shirt is October 31st, 2025.

*Membership is valid from date of purchase until the end of the selected membership (ie; end of semester or year)

In order to receive a cord as a graduating member of CSUF Students for Smiles, members must follow these guidelines:

1. A member must be active for 3/4 of your final four semesters before graduation.

2. A member must be active for your last two semesters before graduation.

How to become an Active Member:

- Members must earn 50 points during each semester by attending events such as information workshops, fundraising and volunteer opportunities, and community outreach events. *Follow our Instagram, Facebook, and events section to stay updated on all chapter activities!

We appreciate all of our members for following the Students for Smiles member expectations!

Members must attend at least 3/4 of a meeting in order to receive points.
Members are expected to be present for any volunteer or fundraising opportunity they sign up for. If a member is unable to attend an event, please contact the appropriate person before the event begins.
Members are required to keep a record of the events they attended. You can compare your record of points here. If there is a discrepancy between our records and yours, you may contact the Membership Chair to resolve the issue.
Members are expected to sign in at meetings and events. If a Students for Smiles Officer is not present for the event, members are required to email proof of attendance to the Membership Chair within 2 weeks of the event.
